Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection showcases both commendable and less favorable aspects. Its prime feature is an excellent location, offering convenience that is integral for business and leisure travelers. The rooms are noted to be pleasant and reasonably furnished, meeting overall expectations for a typical four-star hotel experience; they also maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Despite these positives, there are noticeable flaws. The pool lights being kept on all night was a particular nuisance and some guests found the service to be subpar, describing the staff as terrible and the management as very poor. Room temperatures were reportedly freezing and certain guests felt misled by the four-star classification, considering it not up to the expected level and experiencing overpricing. Additionally, while the hotel's restaurant garners attention, its expensive pricing does not align with some visitors' expectations.
In summary, while Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection holds true to elements of a four-star quality in terms of service and location, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in customer service and pricing transparency.
