Summary of reviews related to the 'Gym' category
Summarized by AI
The Grand Ion Delemen Hotel features a gym that offers both positive and negative experiences. Guests appreciate the spaciousness of the gym and the convenience of accessing it with a key card. Some reviews highlight the gym as an important facility for long stays and note the proximity of the gym to guest rooms as a plus. However, multiple reviews indicate that the gym is poorly maintained with equipment that is sometimes not in working condition. The cleanliness of the gym, particularly in Tower 4, has also been flagged as an issue with descriptions of it being run down and dirty. Despite looking appealing in pictures, the on-ground reality seems to fall short with some guests feeling that the hallway leading to the gym is dark and unwelcoming.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
7Stonez Residences Midhills Genting Highlands provides a serene retreat away from the bustling city center, nestled in a peaceful mountain environment that is ideal for families. The spacious and comfortable units make it a great option for family vacations. Its location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Awana SkyCentral and SkyWorld and guests appreciate the proximity to Genting Premium Outlets for shopping.
The overall impression of the rooms is positive with many guests enjoying the spacious, clean and well-equipped suites that offer good value for money. The property features a large, clean pool that is especially appealing to families with children. The staff is largely praised for their friendliness, professionalism and readiness to assist. The security is noted as being robust, further enhancing guests' sense of safety during their stay.
However, there are a few downsides that guests should be aware of. The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, making the journey somewhat challenging, especially at night. The area's isolation and lack of streetlights can be a concern for solo or car-less travelers. The check-in process is inconvenient due to its location 1.4 km away from the actual hotel.
In terms of amenities, the property's WiFi service is inconsistent with many guests reporting slow or unavailable connections. Parking, although free and secure, can be inconvenient due to its distance from the apartment blocks and confusing parking instructions. Cleanliness and maintenance standards in the rooms can be hit-or-miss with some guests encountering issues like dirty floors, stained bedding and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort also varies with some guests finding their beds cozy and others complaining of discomfort.
While the property offers a calming retreat with a scenic environment and spacious accommodations, potential guests should be prepared for some logistical challenges and variability in room conditions. Despite these drawbacks, many find the stay worthwhile for its peaceful setting and value for money.
