La Quinta by Wyndham Hot Springs enjoys positive reviews overall, particularly praised for its central and convenient location. Guests appreciate its proximity to Hot Springs National Park, downtown attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel strikes a balance by being close enough to the hustle and bustle but also providing a serene environment. Additionally, it is noted for being family and pet-friendly, even though grassy areas for dogs are limited. The combination of location, comfort and friendly staff contribute to its favored status among travelers.
The breakfast offering receives generally favorable feedback with many guests describing it as good to great, citing a variety of hot and cold items and a clean, spacious dining area managed by attentive staff. Unique touches like Razor Back waffles were particularly appreciated. Despite some suggestions for more variety and longer serving times, most guests found the breakfast satisfying.
Guest opinions on the rooms are mixed. Many appreciate the spacious accommodations, comfortable beds and overall cleanliness. However, some pointed out dated decor and maintenance issues such as peeling headboards, soiled furniture and broken Jacuzzis. Cleanliness issues like dirty carpets and inadequate in-room cleaning were also noted, though some guests praised the well-kept appearance of other areas like the lobby and breakfast area.
Cleanliness reviews also present a mixed picture. Some guests were satisfied with the clean and comfortable rooms and common areas, while others reported significant issues such as dirty floors, mold and stains. Recurring complaints about upkeep and maintenance suggest a need for improvement to enhance guest comfort.
The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the staff. Guests frequently commend the team for their friendliness and helpfulness with special mentions of individual staff members like Kay, Cindy, Colin and LaDonna for their exceptional service. The staff's efforts to create a welcoming environment enhance the guest experience significantly.
Wi-Fi has received varied feedback. Some guests found it satisfactory but a substantial number experienced issues with connectivity and reliability. This suggests potential room for improvement to ensure a more consistent internet experience.
The pool is appreciated by many families, especially for its late hours. However, its availability has been inconsistent due to maintenance and renovations, leading to disappointment for some guests. Ensuring the pool is consistently available and well-maintained would help meet guest expectations.
The beds have garnered mixed reviews. While many guests found them comfortable, others reported issues with bed firmness, lumpiness and the quality of pillows. Some discrepancies in bed size and condition were also noted.
In summary, La Quinta by Wyndham Hot Springs is favored for its strategic location, pet-friendly policies and excellent staff. While the breakfast and many rooms provide a comfortable stay for numerous visitors, there are recurring themes around cleanliness and maintenance that need addressing to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Summarized by AI
Guest reviews of 'Best Western Winners Circle' indicate mixed experiences regarding accessibility for those with disabilities. Some positive aspects include the presence of handicapped accessible bathrooms and rooms that are easy to access. However, there are several concerns that could be addressed to improve the overall accessibility experience. Guests noted the need for more handicapped parking and elevators, as the current setup only includes stairs, posing a challenge for older or disabled individuals. Additionally, there were complaints about the available accessible parking often being occupied and ground-floor rooms being necessary but insufficient. Some reviews also mentioned the accessible rooms were not well maintained and lacked sufficient space to move around comfortably.
Overall, while there are some accessible features, significant improvements are needed to make the hotel more accommodating for guests with disabilities.
