Rede Concept - Hotel Salvador offers a mixed experience for families looking to enjoy their stay in this vibrant city. Many reviews highlight that the hotel is generally family-friendly, providing family-focused accommodations and facilities that cater to children. The location is praised for its proximity to parks and supermarkets, which can be convenient for family activities. Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable with some adapted for wheelchair users, making it inclusive for families with special needs.
However, some reviews indicate that the hotel could improve its family appeal. While it does offer a comfortable stay and great value, particularly during events like Carnival, there are notable complaints about noise in rooms facing the lake and a lack of family-oriented amenities, such as a suitable pool area for kids. Issues with outdated rooms and inadequate sound isolation from neighboring rooms were also mentioned, which can be problematic for families looking for a peaceful stay.
Additionally, some guests noted a lack of warmth from hotel staff towards children and mentioned that the environment felt more suited to couples rather than families. Despite these criticisms, the overall consensus is that Rede Concept - Hotel Salvador provides a decent and affordable option for families, though there is certainly room for improvement in making the hotel more welcoming and enjoyable for younger guests.

Rede Andrade Plaza Salvador garners mixed reviews when it comes to accommodating families, especially those with kids. Many guests highlight the family-friendly atmosphere in the lobby and the hotel's overall suitability for family stays. Positive mentions include a nice reception area equipped with family amenities and a generally supportive and helpful staff.
However, the experiences seem to be inconsistent. Some families had comfortable stays, enjoying moments together and praising the nice breakfast and overall service. The accommodation is designed to be both family and pet-friendly, contributing to its appeal for family holidays or group visits.
On the downside, several reviews describe significant drawbacks. Complaints include inadequate comfort for those traveling with children, such as a daughter sleeping on a bed that sank and the denial of simple requests like hot water to make coffee or bottles for children. Noise and disturbances during the night, such as screaming and loud hallways, were also problematic for some families, indicating issues with maintaining a quiet environment.
While some guests appreciated the staff's friendliness and the hotel's efforts to cater to families, others were deeply disappointed with customer service and maintenance standards. Instances such as the refusal of basic amenities for babies and children and lapses in service consistency suggest room for improvement in fully catering to family needs.
