Complex Turistic "Moara Dragaicilor" faces significant accessibility challenges for guests with disabilities. While the hotel is rated with four stars, it lacks an elevator, making it difficult to reach rooms due to high and long stairs. The bathroom setup is not disability-friendly, posing additional challenges for those needing to navigate around fixtures like the diagonally placed toilet. The absence of a dedicated reception staff adds to these accessibility concerns. Suggestions from guests include installing an exterior elevator to improve access.
