The spa and pool facilities receive high marks for cleanliness and maintenance. The heated pool, wet and dry saunas and luxurious massage services provide an excellent environment for relaxation. However, some guests encounter inconsistencies in the availability of certain spa amenities.
Wi-Fi connectivity is the hotel's most notable drawback with many guests experiencing weak and unstable signals, especially in the rooms. Improved Wi-Fi infrastructure is needed to meet the expectations of modern travelers.
Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe but limited. The small number of spaces often leads to difficulties in finding a spot and the lack of guaranteed parking can be a source of frustration for guests.

While there are minor areas for improvement, especially regarding Wi-Fi and breakfast variety, the hotel stands out as a solid choice for visitors to Mar del Plata.
