Hotel Dom Henrique - Downtown offers a mixed experience for travelers visiting Porto. Its central location provides convenient access to the city's vibrant shops and bars, though reaching the river might require a bit of effort. Despite some reservations about its four-star status, many guests appreciate the hotel as a quality accommodation option with good value for money.

Multiple guests note that the breakfast buffet could be improved, with some finding it below typical four-star expectations and pricing slightly on the higher side. Additional feedback points to issues like the coffee in rooms incurring extra charges and the absence of basic amenities which are usually expected in a hotel of this caliber, such as bathrobes and functional safes.

Acta The Clover offers an excellent value for money, presenting itself as a high standard, brand new hotel. However, it appears to fall short of the typical four-star amenities and standards expected with some guests noting it barely reaches three stars in comparison to other hotels in Spain. While most facilities are functional, there is a consensus that nothing feels particularly special or up to the four-star benchmark.
