The Cà Uberti Palace Hotel offers a mix of accessibility features that may be convenient for some guests with disabilities, although it presents a few challenges. Guests appreciate the presence of an elevator that reaches up to the third floor, which makes many of the hotel's amenities more accessible. Positive remarks also highlight that there are sliding doors and accessible arrangements within the rooms, adding to the comfort for disabled individuals.
Ground floor rooms are accessible to those with mobility issues, which is important for many guests. However, there are mentions of accessibility challenges. The main entrance is notably difficult for people with mobility issues, requiring them to use a secondary entrance that is also described as challenging. Additionally, some rooms on the fourth floor are accessible only by stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone.
The single elevator serving the entire structure can often be occupied, leading to potential delays. Furthermore, the reception area and rooms designated for disabled guests have steps, which might be cumbersome for guests using wheelchairs or walking aids. Lastly, certain facilities were reported to be still not fully functional, as the hotel had been open for only a week at the time of some reviews. Overall, while Cà Uberti Palace Hotel makes efforts to accommodate guests with disabilities, some areas may need further improvement to ensure a completely smooth and accessible stay.
