The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a wonderful facility that provides a relaxing and accommodating stay for its guests. The location is perfect with easy access to the parks and great value for the price. The rooms and overall cleanliness are top-notch and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Although some guests felt the bedding was minimal, the overall experience was superb and many plan to return. However, a few guests expressed dissatisfaction with the limited services after midnight and poor customer treatment. Despite this, the majority gave an excellent rating and described their vacation as magical with a perfect stay at this hotel.
