Castelsardo Resort Village offers a mixed experience for families with children. The hotel features a friendly and attentive staff, providing a family atmosphere with a range of daily activities for both children and adults. Kids have the opportunity to enjoy various amenities designed to entertain, particularly those who speak Italian or English. However, the hotel’s location on a rocky plateau presents challenges, particularly for families with strollers or young children, as there are many stairs and no elevators or ramps. This makes accessibility difficult, rendering the resort less relaxing for those who need facilities for disabled guests or families with newborns. Despite its picturesque setting between a pleasant private beach and the reception area, the abundance of stairs could make visits strenuous for older adults and families. Additionally, there are concerns about noise levels in the evenings and limited spacing in family rooms, influencing the overall experience. While the resort shows potential for enjoyment, it may require careful consideration for those with specific mobility needs or seeking a toddler-friendly environment.

Hotel Meli offers a family-friendly atmosphere ideal for those traveling with children. Its calm and welcoming environment is complemented by friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist families. While the hotel retains a charming 60s Riviera feel, it ensures modern conveniences, though some guests noted that shared sleeping arrangements for families of four may not always be the most comfortable.
