Hotel Cimabue provides a satisfactory experience for budget travelers seeking a convenient base to explore Florence. While the hotel offers a very basic, no-frills room setup, it delivers decent value for those whose primary goal is city exploration rather than spending extended time indoors. Guests have noted that while some facilities and services might fall short of the three-star rating, such as non-functioning minibars, fixed heating times, and minimal bathroom amenities, the breakfast offerings are a highlight for this category. The small double rooms are generally clean and meet essential standards, although some may find the triple room sizes and soundproofing inadequate.
Overall, Hotel Cimabue suits those with modest expectations who are primarily in Florence to experience the city's charm. Despite some criticisms regarding room quality and outdated furnishings, the hotel offers a good price-quality ratio for families or those on a city trip. It's important for potential visitors to weigh these considerations, particularly if their focus is comfort and amenities over convenience and budget.

Corsini Tintori offers guests a mixed experience, with certain aspects standing out more favorably than others. The breakfast is frequently highlighted for its quality, albeit limited in options and served only at a neighboring restaurant-bar starting at 8:30, which might not suit everyone’s schedule. Despite being described more as an Airbnb than a traditional guest house, the accommodations are generally accepted as good, with some guests appreciating the room decor. However, aspects of maintenance, like dusting and paint touch-ups, have been mentioned, especially considering the price point of the rooms.
Guests seeking a seamless communication experience might encounter challenges, as the availability of staff, especially over WhatsApp, has been noted as lacking. Shower facilities might also pose a difficulty for those taller than 1.80 meters. Housekeeping services could certainly improve in consistency, and the arrangement of the private bathroom being outside some rooms was perceived as inconvenient.
While there are areas for improvement in terms of service and facilities, the locale and setting itself receive commendations from some, suggesting that Corsini Tintori still holds potential for those considering a stay, provided they manage expectations regarding the service and room layout.

Situated in a fairly central location, Nashira Rooms B&B Affittacamere offers travelers a simple and minimalistic stay. The structure of the building is undeniably old and shows signs of neglect with maintenance falling short of expectations. The noise from the street can be a disturbance and the rooms themselves are small and outdated. Some guests found the layout inconvenient with the double bed positioned against the wall, necessitating the need to disturb one another to get out of bed.
Accessibility appears to be an issue, as guests have mentioned the challenge of hauling suitcases up several flights of stairs. On the plus side, for those seeking a basic accommodation with no frills, Nashira Rooms B&B Affittacamere may meet minimal requirements and provide a fair quality-price ratio. However, for those expecting the standard facilities and upkeep of a typical three-star hotel, the experience may fall short of expectations. The general sentiment points towards a simple stay with decent value but lacks the level of comfort and convenience often associated with higher-rated establishments.

La Vigna Dolce di Anna is centrally located, making it suitable for short stays if you're traveling light and seeking the convenience of the city center. However, guests have noted several challenges during their visits. The property is housed in an old building, which features narrow and steep stairs, making room access difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns, as there is no elevator available. The absence of air conditioning can be problematic, with rooms reportedly becoming quite warm even with a ventilator, likened to a sauna experience. The lack of included breakfast and amenities like a mini fridge has been highlighted, adding to the overall feeling of unmet expectations considering the price point. Cleanliness has also been a concern, with some guests expressing disappointment at the state of the rooms and overall safety. The significant price paid for accommodations does not match the anticipated level of comfort and services expected from a three-star establishment, leaving many feeling their stay did not offer value for money.

Located in a great spot for exploring Florence, 'A casa di Anna' offers the convenience of being close to many of the city's attractions. However, guests have pointed out several areas needing improvement. The check-in process, which relies on self-check-in, can be challenging for those unfamiliar with such systems. Some have also mentioned the staff's apparent lack of engagement. The hotel structure includes three flights of stairs without an elevator, which can pose a difficulty, especially since the rooms are often not located on the expected floors due to intermediate levels not being factored in.
The pricing of the hotel is considered somewhat steep relative to the quality of the services and maintenance. The absence of air conditioning has been noted, which can make the room quite warm, although a fan does provide some relief at night. Despite these concerns, the location remains a standout feature, drawing guests who prioritize central access to Florence's cultural landmarks.

Residenza 54 offers a stay in a tourist apartment rather than a traditional hotel, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. The location is convenient, situated on a relatively busy residential street just a 5-minute walk from Florence’s center, making it easy to explore the city's key attractions.
Guests noted the ease of self check-in and check-out, which contributed to overall satisfaction. However, communication with the B&B staff was minimal with some guests experiencing a lack of interaction even at checkout.
While some found the amenities basic and rated the service below ideal, the structure itself came recommended, providing an overall reasonable staying option for visitors looking for proximity to Florence's main sights.
