Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia I-65 offers a convenient and accessible location, particularly appealing to travelers arriving via the interstate or attending events in Columbia. Its proximity to I-65 and ample parking options make it a favorable choice for guests planning to explore the region. The hotel is highly praised for its clean and comfortable rooms, which provide a tranquil environment despite being near major highways. Many visitors found great value in their stay.
Guests have varying opinions on the hotel's breakfast offerings. While many enjoy a broad menu selection with options like sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, and mini pancakes, some find inconsistency in quality and availability, particularly during later hours. Despite a range of opinions, the breakfast area itself is highlighted for its cleanliness.
The rooms at Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia I-65 receive mixed reviews; some are appreciated for their cleanliness and comfort, particularly those with two king beds. Nonetheless, guests have noted issues with maintenance and cleanliness, such as stained sheets and outdated furniture. Despite this, the relatively new appearance of the hotel and the effective air conditioning units are seen positively by several visitors.
The hotel's staff is commended for their kindness and helpfulness, with particular mention of Jason and Anna at the front desk for their friendly service. Most interactions with staff contribute positively to the overall guest experience, although a few inconsistent interactions are noted.
The indoor pool is a potential highlight, but frequent closures have disappointed guests who specifically chose Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia I-65 for this amenity. Operational inconsistencies and noise disturbances are areas identified for improvement.
Beds throughout the hotel are generally hailed for their comfort and cleanliness, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Despite a few reports of occasional stiffness, the majority of feedback emphasizes comfortable and clean beds that enhance the overall stay experience at Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia I-65.
