Hotel Puerto Pacifico Guayaquil Airport boasts a very good location and excellent four-star rating, offering modern facilities and amenities. The building is relatively new and reflects a sense of quality typical of a four-star establishment. However, there are notable service-related criticisms. Some guests feel that the service lacks the consistency and professionalism expected of a four-star hotel, occasionally describing the service level as closer to that of a three-star hotel. Reviews also mention the absence of a fridge and snacks in the rooms, which some believe detracts from the complete four-star experience. Despite these service shortcomings, the hotel's physical amenities and fresh, modern design stand out positively.
