Hotel Balneario de Graena garners praise for its location, cleanliness and staff service, offering a serene retreat in a charming mountain village close to Granada. Guests appreciate its spacious, clean and modern rooms with exceedingly comfortable large beds, creating a tranquil and restful environment. The staff's exceptional service is a highlight, making visitors feel well-cared for throughout their stay. The surrounding area, including the Sierra Nevada's geopark and various hiking routes, appeals to nature enthusiasts, providing easy access to local attractions.
While many find the breakfast satisfactory with good quality items, it falls short for those expecting more variety and higher standards. The dinner offerings receive mixed reviews; although the quality is generally appreciated, the limited menu and cafeteria ambiance do not meet some guests' expectations for a four-star establishment.
The spa experience is praised for its relaxing ambiance and quality thermal treatments, although some guests feel that more modern facilities and better communication about the spa's properties would enhance the experience. Parking is convenient with both free and private options available, despite occasional congestion in the private lot. However, WiFi connectivity is a significant drawback with numerous complaints about poor signal and limited access, particularly in certain rooms.
Overall, while Hotel Balneario de Graena excels in providing a comfortable and clean environment with excellent staff service, it falls short in culinary offerings and WiFi reliability, somewhat diminishing its four-star rating.
