Historic HotelBreidenbacher Hof carries a history that spans decades. The building was initially constructed in 1806 and it first opened its doors as a hotel in 1812. Ever since, it has accommodated many distinguished guests, the Russian Czar Alexander II and the Prince August of Prussia being some of them. However, in 1943, a bomb destroyed the building and it was demolished after WWII. In the 1950s, the hotel was rebuilt and changed owners a couple of times until its current owner purchased it and renovated it to become the luxurious hotel that it is today.
