Castle Inn offers a satisfactory experience for guests, with many noting the hotel's good and pleasant aspects. The facilities have been described as very good, with the rooms in particular receiving praise for being more comfortable compared to previous years. While its proximity to Hythe is not considered ideal by some, the accommodations themselves leave a positive impression. However, it's worth mentioning that some guests have observed a change in management, feeling that it does not meet the standards of its former reputation. Despite this, the hotel still maintains a commendable level of service and comfort that appeals to many visitors.
