Arch Hotel presents a mixed bag of experiences, leaning towards the lower end of its proclaimed four-star status. Despite its convenient and ideal location, perfect for the price point, several guests highlight an uncomfortable discrepancy between expectations and reality. The rooms, although clean and functional, lack the refined amenities typically associated with a four-star rating. Instances of outdated electrical appliances, missing basic room features and overall maintenance issues were frequently noted with some guests encountering severe cleanliness and customer service problems.
While some visitors appreciate the hotel for its good value, comfort and superb service, others feel misled by its star rating, reporting basic facilities and a rundown appearance more aligned with a lower-tier hostel. The value for money proposition seems favorable for those with modest expectations, but falls short for patrons hoping for a genuine four-star experience. Overall, Arch Hotel provides a passable stay with some notable shortcomings, requiring careful consideration and tempered expectations.
