The breakfast is generally delicious and varied with beautiful decor while the adjacent Sonneneck Alm restaurant offers high-quality food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and offer beautiful views, although some guests felt they were not as modern as in the photos. The hotel is noted for being super clean and orderly with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The wifi is good, although there were a few complaints from guests about weak signal strength. The wellness area is clean and well-maintained with a lovely indoor pool and cozy sauna. The majority of guests found the beds to be comfortable, although there were mixed reviews overall. There were a few criticisms regarding the lack of amenities and the limited options for a four-star hotel, but these were largely outweighed by the superb location and excellent value for money.
