'Rey Don Sancho' hotel, located on the outskirts of Zamora, predominantly within an industrial estate, offers a mixed experience for its guests. The tranquil and quiet surroundings are particularly appreciated by business travelers and those with their own transport, however, its distance from the city center and less scenic setting may deter city explorers and tourists.

Guests enjoy the variety, fresh fruit and quality coffee on offer, but others feel that the selection is limited and the service inconsistent. Price and value are also contentious points, making the breakfast experience somewhat unpredictable.
Dinner at the hotel is seen more favorably with compliments on the food quality and the varied menu. However, the restaurant's closure on weekends and the smaller portion sizes are notable drawbacks.

Cleanliness reviews vary significantly with positive remarks on the overall cleanliness countered by reports of neglected areas and inadequate upkeep.

Parking facilities are another highlight with ample free parking available directly in front of the hotel, much to the guests' convenience.
The quality of the beds receives mixed reviews. Some guests find them comfortable, while others feel the mattresses are too hard or narrow, impacting the overall comfort of their stay.
Business travelers find the hotel suitable for work-related stays due to its convenience and cleanliness, despite some drawbacks such as noisy operations and an old jacuzzi.
