The room was soundproofed and had a separating glass sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience since the bathroom light also illuminated the bedroom. However, the bathroom door was warped and could not be locked. The hotel unfortunately does not have their own parking lot, which is understandable given its central location, but guests wish they were informed about surrounding parking options. For guests with disabilities, the hotel offers barrier-free rooms, but some standard rooms had heavy doors that required force to open and there were no hooks for towels or toiletry bags in the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel lacks a kettle and tea and coffee provisions. Despite these minor issues, guests appreciated the hotel's efforts towards accessibility.
