Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The Hampton Inn & Suites - Orange Beach is a great option for a short stay, as the price is reasonable and the breakfast is good. The hotel has a convenient tea station available all day for guests. Although the property was under renovation and the pool was closed, the new rooms were very clean - albeit a bit outdated - and the overall service was passable, despite a few issues with the thermostat and room maintenance. The hotel lacked daily housekeeping services, which was disappointing to some guests and the pool and hot tub in need of a good cleaning or renovation. However, the tiki bar offered drinks that could be brought to the pool and some guests appreciated the option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The location of the hotel was a negative aspect for some with constant noise and a motel-like feeling to the property. Finally, some felt that the hotel overall was overpriced and not a good value.
