Paper use has been reduced, using digital forms and documents, the waste is separated and recyclables sent for recycling and all suppliers chosen locally. All rooms have fully biodegradable amenities and bedding and towels are washed every 3 days or upon request and 70% of the rooms do not have minibar, saving a lot of CO2.
