Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The Best Western Plaza Hotel Saugatuck is a good value hotel amidst limited options at reasonable cost. While some reviewers found the facilities to be severely dated, others enjoyed the nostalgic feel of stepping back in time. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic had all the amenities closed despite still being listed in the description upon purchase. Overall, the hotel was found to be passable, though a bit overpriced for what was offered. While it may be mediocre, some reviewers did find their stay to be pleasant. However, there were those who were disappointed and even considered the hotel to be a "getto" with a high price tag. Cleanliness could also be improved according to some, who expressed their desire to find other options in the area next time.
