WorldMark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort and Spa is an older resort-style hotel, which may come across as a bit dated to some guests. A few have noted that the decor is old-fashioned and is in need of a facelift. However, the rooms are functional, clean and organized with comfortable beds and lovely suites. Some have mentioned the musty smell from the cupboards, but the hotel staff are quick to address any concerns. The location is convenient and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Some guests have noted that the property is a bit tired but still passable and recommended better quality toilet paper. Although some have had better stays at other hotels, they still enjoyed their time at the WorldMark Palm Springs and would return in the future.
