Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa in Bali is a great value for its price and offers a wonderful vacation experience. The hotel has a luxurious design and is located right on the beach. While some guests found the food in the restaurants mediocre and didn't consider it a true 5 star hotel, it still competes with neighbouring luxury properties and is considered a great option. The hotel offers very good services and a clean, green and comfortable Bali experience. Although there were some issues with payment conditions being changed after confirmation, this is an extremely unusual occurrence for a 5-star resort.
