The rooms offer a mixed experience. They are appreciated for cleanliness and comfortable beds, appearing larger than expected. However, criticisms are directed towards their small size and lack of essential items, such as mirrors and chairs. Issues like leaking showers, burnt-out bulbs and noise disturbances were also mentioned, alongside occasional insect problems and unpleasant odors.
Cleanliness at Hotel Seven generally satisfies guests with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Compliments to the staff for their helpful and friendly service are common, further enhancing the guest experience.
