The Itacaré Eco Resort has managed to create a commendable level of service and facilities that many guests find exceptional. Nestled truly in the jungle, the experience it offers is described as superb and exceptional by several visitors. Excellent service is consistently highlighted with everything functioning perfectly well as one might expect from a high-end establishment. However, it is important to note that there are contrasting opinions regarding its star rating. Some guests feel that the resort does not meet the 5-star standards as advertised and that it falls short in comparison to the photos and descriptions seen online. Despite this, the overall feedback points towards a generally enjoyable and remarkable stay, though there is room for improvement to align more closely with five-star expectations.
