Graal Inn Mairiporã offers a generally accessible experience for guests with disabilities, benefiting from its easy-to-access location next to the highway. The premises are described as spacious and very polished, contributing to an overall impression of good accessibility. The hotel features elevators that are easy to access, which adds to guest convenience. Additionally, the parking accommodates trucks, making it suitable for different types of travelers.
Despite these positive aspects, there are specific areas where the accessibility could be improved. Some guests pointed out that the accessible rooms, while available, lacked essential features such as safety bars in the bathrooms, which resulted in accidents and raised safety concerns. Rooms designated for wheelchair users were also criticized for not fully meeting adaptive needs due to various hazards and elevations within the rooms. Nonetheless, the hotel's focus on accessibility, especially in terms of location and common areas like elevators, remains a strong point.
