Hotel Sri Malim is a highly regarded establishment, specifically praised for its strategic and convenient location. Set near many shops, the old UPSI campus and various eateries, the hotel's position allows guests easy access to a multitude of amenities. Its proximity to the main road and the highway further facilitates smooth travel, making it an attractive choice for a wide range of travelers.
The hotel offers clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, suitable for everyone from couples to large families. Guests consistently appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, noting the new and fresh sheets. Although some rooms may lack windows and have occasional maintenance issues like leaky air conditioning, these minor drawbacks are outweighed by the overall cleanliness and comfort. Convenient amenities like hot water and irons enhance the experience, presenting the rooms as a good option for a pleasant stay.
Cleanliness across the hotel is lauded with guests frequently mentioning the tidy and neat environment. Despite some minor issues such as stained sheets and unclean towels, the hotel generally maintains an excellent level of cleanliness, contributing to a satisfying and inviting atmosphere.
Reviews spotlight the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Guests appreciate the welcoming and accommodating attitude of the team and note the convenience of the 24-hour counter service. While there were isolated incidents involving noisy night shift staff and refusal to provide an invoice upon request, the overall sentiment about the staff's service remains positive.
The beds at Hotel Sri Malim are another highlight, known for their comfort and large size. Despite a few mentions about the need for sheet replacements and occasional itchiness from mattresses and blankets, the beds are mostly described as clean, well-maintained and super comfortable, adding to the overall positive stay experience.
In summary, Hotel Sri Malim stands out as a favorable choice for travelers due to its strategic location, clean and spacious rooms, excellent level of cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Minor issues do exist but are generally overshadowed by the numerous positive aspects, making it a well-recommended option.
