The dinner experience is largely praised for the delicious meals prepared by excellent chefs, although some operational issues like uncleaned tables and occasional staff rudeness are noted.
The spacious rooms offer great views, especially of the Bayterek Tower, but the decor and maintenance need attention. Guests often mention that while the rooms are generous in size, the hotel's infrastructure requires significant updates to meet guests' expectations of luxury.
Cleanliness feedback is mixed; while some guests commend the cleaning staff for maintaining neat rooms with fresh linens, others report issues like dirty carpets and insufficient toiletries. The overall atmosphere, however, is described as clean and cozy.
Staff interactions vary with many noting the friendly and helpful service, particularly from individuals like Erbolat and Erlan. Conversely, some encounters with unmotivated and unprofessional staff, especially at the reception, reveal areas needing improvement.
Internet connectivity is a common concern with many guests experiencing weak, slow and unstable Wi-Fi that hampers basic online activities.
The spa and pool facilities, located in a neighboring building, offer amenities like a sauna and swimming pool. While some guests enjoy these facilities, their separation from the main hotel and occasional maintenance issues are points of dissatisfaction.
For families, the hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere with positive feedback regarding children’s experiences, though improvements in accessibility for strollers are suggested.
The beds are generally spacious and come with fresh linens, but the quality of mattresses and pillows often falls short with several reviews highlighting the need for updates.
