DasKAISER - Dein Gartenhotel in Tirol receives high praise for its idyllic and tranquil location, nestled at the foothills of the Kaisergeirge mountains. Guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Zahmer Kaiser and Wild Kaiser peaks, making it an ideal spot for romantic getaways and relaxation. The hotel's proximity to beautiful hiking trails adds to its allure for nature enthusiasts, while the peaceful garden and sunbathing meadow enhance the overall atmosphere of well-being.
The breakfast buffet at dasKAISER is another highlight, frequently described as outstanding and varied. Guests appreciate the clean, diverse options, including fresh, regional ingredients like fruits and eggs from the hotel's own chickens. This delicious and sustainable breakfast offering is a memorable part of many visitors' stays, providing excellent value for the price.
In terms of dining, while the available dinner options receive positive feedback, guests have noted the absence of an on-site restaurant as a drawback. Alternative dining is available nearby, but the convenience of an in-house dining option is missed.
Rooms at dasKAISER are commended for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Large balconies with stunning mountain views add to the appeal. However, some guests find the room decor a bit dated and mention minor issues such as the lack of blackout curtains and occasional noise. Despite these drawbacks, the rooms' functionality and the spacious duplex apartments are well-received, particularly by pet owners.
The hotel's cleanliness is consistently celebrated with guests noting the sparkling clean environment in rooms, the swimming pool and the sauna. The modern, well-maintained amenities create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property.
The exceptional staff at dasKAISER contribute significantly to the positive guest experience. Known for their friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy, the team, including the family owners, provide attentive and personalized service, enhancing the feeling of being part of a welcoming family rather than just a visitor.
Wi-Fi service at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While it is available throughout the property and generally functional, guests have reported issues such as slow speeds and occasional disconnections, particularly in areas like the fitness room.
The spa facilities are highly praised for their modern design, cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere. The wellness area, including a solar-powered pool and herbal saunas, offers a tranquil retreat with fantastic views. However, some guests found the whirlpools slightly cool.
The pool itself is noted for its cleanliness and pleasant setting, though the unheated water temperature and lack of shower gel in the pool area were mentioned as minor drawbacks.
Regarding the beds, opinions vary. While many guests find the mattresses comfortable, others find them hard with pillows being too soft and duvets too heavy for some. Overall, the sleep experience is considered satisfactory by most visitors.
In summary, dasKAISER - Dein Gartenhotel in Tirol offers a stunning location, excellent breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Despite some minor drawbacks in dining convenience, room decor and Wi-Fi stability, the hotel's exceptional staff and well-maintained facilities create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
