Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Campestre La Montaña offers a serene escape in the lush mountains, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance perfect for disconnecting from daily life. The excellent location immerses guests in nature, complemented by well-maintained facilities and a high standard of cleanliness. The beautiful landscape and abundant birdlife contribute to an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, while the on-site restaurant completes the experience with a menu praised for its quality and presentation.
Breakfast is generally well-received, with fresh, delicious options and commendable vegetarian choices. Some guests suggest improving variety and transitioning to a more comprehensive buffet. Dining experiences are marked by tasty, well-prepared food and attentive service, although there are comments about limited dinner options and pricing concerns.
The hotel's rooms are appreciated for their comfort, spaciousness, and minimalist style. Immaculate cleanliness, adequate air conditioning, and captivating views from balconies enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Some improvements in storage space and bathroom maintenance are suggested, but overall, the room quality is a strong aspect.
Offering a pet-friendly environment, the hotel welcomes furry companions with open arms, ensuring a comfortable stay for both pets and their owners. The staff consistently deliver exceptional service, characterized by kindness, attentiveness, and a clear dedication to guest satisfaction.
Despite the serene setting, WiFi connectivity is poor, presenting challenges for those needing reliable internet access. The pool area, while pleasant and offering lovely views, is noted for its small size and could benefit from better maintenance. Nonetheless, it provides a refreshing retreat amidst natural beauty.
Overall, Hotel Campestre La Montaña is an excellent choice for travelers seeking tranquility, excellent service, and a nature-inspired retreat with their pets.
