The InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza offers comfortable and clean rooms with stunning views of the Plaza. The staff was accommodating, friendly and efficient and took great precautions during these difficult times. The hotel is a beautiful and comfortable stay for guests, though some rooms could benefit from refurbishment. The pool area is very nice and guests can access soft drinks and a bar, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery from the balcony.
