Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Ker Moor Saint-Quay Portrieux offers a mixed experience that has left some guests questioning its four-star rating. Although the hotel boasts an exceptional view that some believe justifies the rating, other aspects do not meet the expectations of a four-star establishment. The need for improvements is evident, from the cleanliness and state of the floors to the size and condition of the bathrooms, which have been described as narrow with signs of wear such as black grout in the showers.
The amenities provided are seen as basic and some guests have noted that the bathroom and toilet facilities are particularly small, making them less accommodating for larger builds. Overall, while the hotel does have some redeeming qualities, it falls short in several areas that one would typically associate with a four-star hotel. A refresh and upgrade in cleanliness, bathroom size and general amenities would be necessary to align the hotel's offerings with its star classification.
