Fracanzana Hotel has a mix of reviews when it comes to its four-star rating. While some guests feel the hotel does not meet the standards typically associated with a four-star establishment, there are several positive aspects that stand out. The services offered include a swimming pool, bistro, pleasant walks around the hotel and several amenities such as a pond, lawn and farm animals, which many find appealing. Guests appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, the warm quality of the welcome and the hotel's policy of accepting dogs without any additional charges.
On the downside, the breakfast offering received criticism for having limited variety and modest quality, which some guests felt does not align with a four-star rating. Additionally, comments were made about the rooms feeling a bit small for the standards expected at this level. However, cleanliness and the presence of additional facilities like a football field and fitness trail were noted as positives. Overall, while there are many commendable features, some areas, particularly the breakfast and room size, could use improvement to fully meet four-star expectations.
