Hipotels Hipocampo Palace & Spa is a highly recommended 5-star hotel that offers exceptional facilities and services. The hotel's location is fantastic with easy access to the beach and nearby areas. The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food. The rooms are generally spacious, comfortable and well-maintained, although some bathrooms may be outdated. The hotel is impeccably clean with a lovely spa and a beautiful outdoor pool. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. Although some guests found the hotel to be a bit outdated and relatively expensive, the overall impression was nothing short of spectacular. Hipotels Hipocampo Palace & Spa is the best hotel in the area, leaving almost no room for improvement.
