Some guests had trouble getting to the pool, but overall, the rooftop pool was fantastic. However, some guests had mixed experiences with the beach staff and beach service operating times, which were not tailored to summer swimming times. The hotel's website beautifully markets the rooftop pool, but some guests thought the pool area was nothing like what they saw in the pictures. Although one guest found the lower pool area not well-maintained, the majority of guests enjoyed the nice pool downstairs.
