Located conveniently on the outskirts of Cincinnati, it is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's proximity to stores, restaurants, entertainment options, and easy highway access enhances the visiting experience, whether for meetings or nearby attractions like Jungle Jim's in Fairfield and King's Island. Guests appreciate the sense of safety and a clean, modern environment, complemented by warm and tasty breakfast options to kick-start the day.
When it comes to breakfast, opinions are mixed, though many guests find it convenient and satisfying. The grab-and-go format is particularly appreciated, offering a variety of tasty options like hot sandwiches, muffins, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. While some suggest improvements to variety, particularly with hot items and fresh fruits, the breakfast generally serves as a quick and easy start for those on the move—enhanced by the polite and attentive staff.
The hotel's rooms are a highlight, renowned for their immaculate cleanliness, modern design, and efficient use of space. Free from carpets, they present a crisp and fresh feel, ideal for allergy-conscious guests. Classy touches such as quality Dove products in the bathrooms further enhance the experience. The spacious rooms, cozy beds, and effective blackout curtains ensure a peaceful and restful sleep. While some find the rooms compact, the smart design manages to provide ample comfort. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff only add to the positive room experience.
Cleanliness is a standout feature throughout the hotel, with consistently high praise for the spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The contemporary design and well-maintained cleanliness contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, offering peace and comfort. Though minor issues with floor cleanliness and empty dispensers were noted by a few, the overall high standard of hygiene remains apparent. In addition to the hotel’s modern style, the friendly staff and convenient location make it an attractive option at a competitive price.
The staff at Avid Hotels - Cincinnati N - West Chester by IHG are widely acclaimed for their exceptional hospitality. They offer a warm welcome and show professionalism and assistance throughout the guest experience. Staff members like Eva, Ceecee, Latisha, and Cat, in particular, have left positive impressions with their grace, patience, and effectiveness in handling any issues.
Finally, the comfort of the beds is consistently lauded, with many guests comparing their plush experience to sleeping on a cloud. The soft and luxurious bedding, along with the choice of firm or soft pillows, enhances sleep quality, ensuring a restful night. This attention to detail in bed comfort significantly contributes to a homely and pleasant stay for all guests.
