The hotel is a truly grand establishment, living up to its name. The Michelin-starred restaurant is a must-visit, offering superb green cuisine. Though some guests noted that the fitness center and shower curtain could use an upgrade, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to provide excellent 5-star treatment to guests, even handling unusual special requests with ease. However, a few guests were disappointed with the lack of some food items at breakfast such as prosciutto crudo or salmon, which had to be paid for additionally. Additionally, some felt the rooms and bathrooms were dated and not quite up to par for a 5-star hotel. Despite some minor issues, this hotel is truly an oasis of elegance, comfort and pleasure that is difficult to find elsewhere.
