The hotel's **location** is a major asset with guests appreciating its strategic position on the outskirts of Rouen. Despite being a 20-30 minute walk from the city center, it offers excellent accessibility via major highways, public transportation and even on foot. This positioning makes it ideal for brief stopovers, road trips or quick visits to local attractions such as Rouen's historic old town and cathedral. The surrounding neighborhood provides practical benefits like secure parking and access to local amenities, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay.
**Breakfast** at the hotel is often highlighted as a standout feature, praised for its quality, variety and value. Guests enjoy a wide selection of sweet and savory options, accommodating different dietary needs, including gluten-free alternatives.
