The hotel accommodates wheelchair users effectively and facilitates easy check-in and check-out. The rooms on the ground floor are highly accessible, though some guests found this allocation less preferable. Despite the hotel's overall accessibility, it lacks an elevator, which poses a challenge for older guests and those needing to access upper floors in the three-story building. This absence has been noted as a significant drawback by several guests, suggesting the need for a dedicated lift to enhance the facility's inclusiveness.
The location is advantageous, situated in a quiet area with high-speed roads and nearby restaurants and supermarkets, providing useful amenities for visitors. However, it is also noted to be in the middle of an industrial area, which might affect the overall ambiance. Despite these mixed reviews, the hotel's accessibility for guests with disabilities remains largely commendable, although an elevator installation would substantially improve the experience.
