The hotel is generally acceptable with very good reviews from guests. However, some rooms have small bathrooms and hard to press soap dispensers. The lift was out of order, but the staff provided easy solutions for guests to get around. Cooking facilities are limited, but the open and different atmosphere adds to the positive experience. Despite some minor issues, Pavilion On Northbourne provides fantastic accommodation at a very good value.
