The rooms could be uncomfortable as guests reported the bed and pillows not being the best. Despite having a whirlpool tub, it isn't any bigger than a regular tub just a little deeper with jets. Some guests had issues with noise as they were able to hear the TV in the next room. The price was also a concern for some guests as they felt that more economical hotels could offer more services. Technical difficulties and outdated rooms were reported. Unfortunately, some guests also had to deal with loud neighbors and marijuana smoking in the rooms. Guests also mentioned that breakfast wasn't included despite booking through booking.com's website. Additionally, guests had issues with the access card to rooms, which had to be replaced three times. Lastly, some guests also reported the hot tub spa being dirty.

Although some guests found the units to be small and pricey, the resort was generally seen as a great base for exploring Napa and its surrounds. Some of the front desk staff were reported to be inexperienced and there were a few issues with dated and uneven flooring, complicated coffee makers and shared patio spaces that might prove uncomfortable. However, the resort was generally seen as a good value and one of the best in town. Guests appreciated the affordability, pleasantness and overall decent quality of the resort, although some found it passable or not quite up to their expectations. While some guests reported noise and issues with old bathrooms and sliding doors, most found the resort to be a decent place to crash out after a hectic day of wine-tasting and sightseeing in Napa Valley.
