The gym at ONOMO Hotel Durban presents a mix of experiences for guests. On the positive side, some reviews acknowledged the presence of a gym on the premises, which had equipment that worked to their advantage. A few guests found the gym to have good equipment, while others appreciated the open space.
However, several guests reported issues with the gym facilities, noting that it had very limited equipment and lacked certain machines like an exercise bike or a rowing machine. There were complaints of several items being obsolete or broken, including the treadmill and universal machines. Some found the equipment to be old and in need of an upgrade, while others mentioned cleanliness issues, noting a wet gym floor and an unclean room.
Overall, while the availability of a gym is a plus, its limited and outdated equipment, alongside maintenance concerns, suggest it could benefit from improvements to meet guests' expectations better.
