However, there are some challenges, including rooms that are not accessible by elevator and a lack of specifically accessible rooms. Parking for disabled guests is only partly accessible, which might pose some issues. Hotel Du Commerce presents several challenges for guests with disabilities due to its lack of an elevator and multiple flights of stairs, making accessibility difficult particularly for those with mobility issues. While the location is easy to reach, older guests and those with walking difficulties may find the steep stairs problematic. Despite the room being generally accessible for everyone, the hotel itself does not provide easy access for elderly or disabled individuals. The reception service has also been noted as slow and the staff were sometimes unavailable or unskilled, which could further inconvenience guests requiring additional assistance.
