The staff were both polite and helpful, making sure our experience was enjoyable. The highlight for our family was the amazing pool area and tropical lazy river, which the kids loved. Additionally, there were plenty of waterslides, splash pads and activities for kids of all ages. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a peaceful location to escape the hustle of Orlando. Although the higher price point, we found it was worth it and spent all day at the resort. Our daughters' 8th birthday was made incredibly special thanks to the countless waterslide trips with the happiest 8 year old ever. However, the only negative was that the lazy river needed cleaning. Make sure to opt for a pool view room as kids will love it. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not perfect as we had to constantly go back in line for food with two kids. Overall, the Hilton Orlando provided unforgettable family-fun time.
