Hotel Da Montanha receives mixed feedback regarding its accessibility for guests with disabilities. On the positive side, the hotel offers good accessibility with spacious handicapped rooms and accessible parking spaces complete with ramps for wheelchairs. The spa area is also accessible and the location of the hotel is easy to access. The dining area has been positively mentioned, making it comfortable for guests with disabilities.
Furthermore, accessible rooms are available and several guests noted that the hotel is good for disabilities, accessible to people with mobility difficulties and offers overall a comfortable stay for guests with reduced mobility. Safety and accessibility have been praised, making it a suitable choice for guests traveling with elderly individuals or those with mobility limitations.
However, there are a few areas needing improvement. The elevator to the reception is notably small, which caused difficulties for guests with baby strollers and raised concerns for those with reduced mobility. Some parts of the hotel, such as the access areas, were described as cold and there have been reports of rooms with some damage. Moreover, an issue with the elevator not working properly was also recorded. There was no indication of an accessible room number, which might be a minor inconvenience for guests requiring accessibility features.
