They are extremely helpful and nice and willing to accomodate your needs. The location, atmosphere and beautiful grounds will add to the positive experience. It's not hard to see why guests praise the personal care of the staff, who are also multi-lingual and competent. Patricia, in particular, deserves special mention for her excellent reception skills. Overall, the hotel staff truly stands out in their ability to create a warm and personal atmosphere, making your stay unforgettable!
