Summarized by AI
B&B HOTEL Saintes offers a blend of modern decor and cleanliness that is often highlighted by guests. The staff frequently receives praise for their professionalism and friendliness, contributing to a superb service that stands out for a three-star establishment. Visitors appreciate the functional and clean accommodations, noting the newness and contemporary style of the hotel.
While the breakfast often receives mixed reviews, some guests feel that it surpasses the typical expectations of a three-star rating, likening it more to a four-star experience. However, there is a sentiment among some visitors that a slightly higher cost for breakfast could lead to improvements in its quality. The hotel is located on an industrial estate, which might be less appealing to those seeking a more scenic or central location.
Notably, there's a perception among some guests that the hotel does not fully meet its three-star designation, particularly commenting on the mediocre flooring such as linoleum. Overall, many guests find little to complain about during their stay, although there are mentions of disagreement over room charges and billing issues.
In summary, B&B HOTEL Saintes offers modern, clean, and functional accommodations with commendable service, but has room for improvement in specific areas to align more closely with a consistent three-star experience.

Campanile Saintes offers typical Campanile accommodation that some reviewers find reflective of the brand's standard, while others suggest it falls short. The three-star rating has garnered mixed feedback with several guests indicating it is correct for a three-star hotel, while others believe it does not merit such a rating. Despite these variances in expectation about the three-star rating, the hotel was generally seen as acceptable by many for what it offers within the Campanile chain.
However, some concerns were raised about the recent deterioration in Campanile's overall quality with certain guests feeling that other Campanile hotels offer better experiences. The value for money provided by Campanile Saintes is notable with some guests acknowledging the affordability despite mixed opinions on the apparent downgrade in standards. The hotel's comfort level has been likened to lower-budget accommodations, which led to some disappointment among loyal patrons familiar with the brand. Nonetheless, the hotel continues to serve as a standard stopover for travelers, especially those familiar with Campanile's typical offerings.
