Its prime location near the airport, main roads and local attractions such as Smith Rock makes it ideal for both leisure and business visitors. The motel provides easy access to various dining and shopping options, while its off-road setting ensures a peaceful environment free from traffic noise.
The rooms are consistently appreciated for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Guests highlight the well-maintained facilities, efficient heating and cooling systems and nice bathrooms and showers. The affordability and practical design further enhance the stay, even though decorative elements are minimal.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with housekeeping staff keeping the rooms and common areas impeccably clean. The pet-friendly policy is another advantage, offering ample space for walking pets without additional charges, despite some occasional issues with odors.
While the motel does not offer traditional breakfast, guests can avail of morning coffee, albeit with powdered cream.
The beds receive generally positive feedback for their comfort, although some guests find them too firm and mention the need for better pillows. The overall sentiment remains favorable with most guests enjoying a restful sleep.
Staff experiences vary; some guests commend the evening receptionist and certain front desk clerks for their kindness and professionalism, enhancing their stay. However, a considerable number of reviews note a lack of friendliness and professionalism among other staff members, suggesting an area for potential improvement in guest relations.
